Meanwhile, OpenAI's careers page currently has 412 open reqs. Anthropic: 200+. Mistral. Cohere. Every "humans are obsolete" company — all of them, desperately, and ironically hiring humans.

News Flash: The robots are not coming for your job. They're asking if you have a sourcing strategy for AI ethicists yet. 😉

The irony is real. Every AI company I talk to is struggling to fill roles fast enough. The "robots replacing humans" narrative completely misses the massive hiring wave happening right now.
